Should handle it, but you are assuming a balanced load between the three phases. To cover yourself, look at the load distribution and if there are any large motors.
 
and you should be able to distribute your load fairly evenly,
If $$ are tight, you could feed (3) 200 amp panels from you meter or wireway and size your service condcutors on you calculated load (453 amps) vs a 600 amp main.

Unless you have unusually large individual loads, why would this not be the standard approach one would take? It just seems like a much simpler approach.
