Does it matter what the credit score is? If she don't pay up, he can lien the house. In Oregon when the house is liened, they have to pay or it goes to foreclosure.

Is he in Oregon?

Don't get me wrong, I don't have a problem with someone trying to do things to land work, but lets not call throwing half baked schemes around acting professional. At no time did the poster mention the size of the job or if he had money in the job that would cover needing to take legal action to recover fees unpaid. We don't even know if he got a signed contract. Professionals that lend money check credit worthiness. That is why credit scores matter.

None of this is true. Many people have shared good business management ideas here. Most of what is posted about business management here is abdication though.

If you want to land the job study sales. If you want a good business model find out what a business is. People that don't study what a business is wouldn't know the difference between a business and a job. Without knowing your costs, you wouldn't know what a project really costs.

Many people post business guidance here that don't have any clue what there costs are and many who post aren't even in or ever have been in business. Some people post here looking for other people to agree with them whether it is of sound business principles or not. The fact that sound guidence is offered and rejected doesn't mean guidence wasn't given.

Finitely

Again to each there own, Frankly are U serious, your above the curve not below the curve, you can't grasp that you and your Luck, or rich's and or experiences are difference than anyone else,; be it cause and effect; or your place in the market place; or your general blessed place on this earth.

Please...(in reference to my the OP) all in all that's not my point is, my point is that the corrective measures are not being stated, (there are plenty of Books for that), take or leave it again. It may be where your chair is!

The comdem hand will be stated before the help hand is extended.

A fine example is this thread on creating new business, Did you get anything from it ? Was a whole lot stated as to finding new business? No, not really but that's my thought of it.

Many people post business guidance here that don't have any clue what there costs are and many who post aren't even in or ever have been in business. I'll agree with the first two sentences but the third sentence reflects where thier ones chair sits. I will agree that presentations have been given here but again its very finite.
If you take a breath and switch chairs you might see what I'm saying.

I've seen enough negative business aspects said here, stated, implied or otherwise. "This is the way to do it, or nothing at all, of how to fix it!" But nothing of how to go forward from where an OP, says they are.

Fine due say that it's ok, or not ok; or even state in some order to call out as wacked "ME", Fine I get it, I don't think you see any negative as to some of the answers or lack of corrective measures as given here!

Fine I get that, but what of the enrichment, where's the corrected measures?

I take my posting very serious, does that quailifiy me to make such statements where I sit verses you, "NO"!!! And truely not in respects to what you see or might response too! Again I get it.

It would be a totally foolish thing to lay it out(any answer), or to show a bail out some out of their situations, the test would be to long and most would just laugh and could care less, or get a good chuckle out of it, and roll to the next thread!

Nope, I haven't seen it here and there are plenty that will damn others if they thought they do know anything!

Business wise, buy a book and don't seek business advice here, one will look foulish and totally inept to ask! JMSO!

There are many different ways to operate a business both good, and bad, and there is also plenty of both good and bad business advice given on all the sites, we have many on the sites with years of solid business experience, and when they offer good guidance, I sometimes see replies that condemn their efforts, you can't always help someone that has set ideas, and is not ready to accept change, for what ever reasons. Over the years I would have contractors ask for help with business problems, and in most cases, they were in trouble because they din't follow basic business practices, and had continuing money problems, and stress that resulted from these poor practices. Do not confused operating a business, and doing some moonlighting or part time work, they are not the same.

Not from me Zip, if you can afford to finance this project, then it's money coming in in the future. A good plan IMO (as long as you can afford it).

What is really important is a contract that holds up in court and allows for your financial gain (interest) if they don't pay as agreed.
