Question: The branch circuit for the Range Circuit in this example specifies two 8 AWG and one 10 AWG conductors for the circuit. I understand how they determined the 8 AWG conductors and I also understand that the neutral can be downsized, but can anyone direct me to the NEC Code reference that specifies how to determine the downsized neutral for a branch circuit?
