Let me make sure I have got this right. In the event that no torque specs are listed on equipment Annex I column B is where I want to go?

For example I have 3/8" lugs, I would tighten these lugs to 375 inch pounds?

What does the N-m stand for? Is that a metric designator?

There are two columns (?A? and ?B?) in each of the tables in Annex I. When used for listing connectors, Column A values are used for current-cycling tests, and Column B values are used for all other tests. When used for field connections, the values in Column B are the appropriate torque values to use.

can some one help me to better understand the SLOT WIDTH and SLOT LENGTH mentioned on this table?
and is size #10 equals almost 5 mm?

Please refer to my attached file, am I correct? Or the slot length is the diameter of the head and the one in the drawing is slot depth?We have done a mock up on a less than 10 screw and it seems the required torque stated on annex is not enough. I'm confused.
