If you really want to have some fun, when you find a listing like this, let the AHJ know about it. Not that it's from CL, but that some one is doing work that is dangerous, or really shoddy without a permit. :grin:

I've heard from a few inspectors that they're out driving around looking for work that isn't permitted at the moment.

We just recently got called to fix some hack job because of a situation like this. Crazy times.
To bad some of them seem to be calling more stuff then usual to pick up the extra tab on a second visit...
