another square d 3ph will I be within code

I have A square d 3ph box that has 120/208 3ph 4 wire.
240/ 3ph 3 wire And 120/240 (delta)3ph 4 wire right now its A dedicated 240 3ph 3 wire,
if was to run A fourth wire for a 120v power into this existing box, would I be within code And would I have to run the 4th wire from the place of origin of the other 3ph wires wich are 3awg thw.

You may not have two separate sources of power in that panel.

If your supply system is 120/240 3PH4W, then you may bring the "neutral" conductor associated with an existing phase conductor(s) into your panel. You will have to confirm that the neutral and ground bars are bonded correctly.

Thanks jims, I will confirm that the neutral And the ground bar are grounded correctly,
all I would have to do is run another 3 awg thru
A 1" or 1 1/4 emt I would love to run this thru the same emt that the other 3ph wires are going thru, but I know that would be A tough pull.

You can not run the neutral conductor in a separate conduit. It must be in the same metallic raceway as the phase conductors.

thanks again for the info jim, so what I will do is just run 4 new 3# awg thru some 2" emt,
it would be almost impossible for me to run another 3 awg thru the raceway that the other 3 awg are in, because of the distance and the age of the existing wires, it would be like pulling A elephant thru A garden hose.
