in the understanding the nec 2005. article 200 questions. the first qust. is: premises wiring must not be electrically connected to a supply system unless the the supply system contains, for any ground neutral conductor of the interior, a correspoding conductor that is ungrounded. true or false.

False, as you phrased the question here. The supply-to-interior conductor connections are grounded-to-grounded, not grounded-to-ungrounded. You've gotta read the questions carefully in those quizzes :)

When some of the guys in my classes read this, they have this need to read for speed. In doing so, they seem to miss/mixup the UNgrounded and grounded terms on a regular basis. That is why this makes for a good test question.
