OK, I'll show my ignorance.

What are anti rotation lugs?

It was new to me today too. What they are is that piece that sticks out the back of the lug that keeps them from turning if they get loose. To me i think long before they got that loose we overheated and had a major problem. But i do understand there concern at 480.

I thought that cog was there to keep them from spinning during the torque stage.

Even the lugs with the flange silp slightly under torque.

I'll just go to the van and get more tools. I have already converted the in/lbs to ft/lbs now I'll get my glasses to try to read what the lugs themselves were supposed to be torqed to.
