Any Fulltime project managers here for sizeable shops? Not owners, estimator etc. guys that wear several hats.

Also, it's good to PM a PM in the PM west of the PM - answers might not be valid east of the PM.

In most cases project managers will have continued employment when they work for an engineering firm, or a job shop

The pm working for a small or mid size contractor may be out the door at the end of a project, or hang on as a shop manager if the contractor has good work flow to support the position

I agree to PM a PM in the PM as log as the PM is male.....if female you may want to avoid to PM at anytime of the day as she may be on her PM cycle. In this case I would PM that PM a full week later.
