Any idea on how to price?

I just looked at a new job today. A house built in 1965 was moved 50' backwards and set on a basement foundation. The HO is basically wanting me to homerun everything. Most of the wiring has an EGC but there is some that doesnt. Most of the existing wiring will have to be extended using jboxes. I have not talked to the AHJ yet, but has anyone ever done work like this and if so did you price by the hour + materials or set price unless problems occurred. My thoughts are is the AHJ wanting AFCI's in bedrooms, TR receptacles, and so on. Any help on how you would suggest going about bidding the job would be much appreciated. Thanks

Then it must be that the new panel is not being placed where the old panel was. If it is then just reconnect the old wires.

I don't think you have provided enough information for anybody to help you out with the pricing question.

I have talked with the AHJ and he said as long as they are not gutting the place then he is not worried about the existing wiring. He stated he wants smoke detectors added and that anything I add or replace just needs to meet code. I am working on a bid now. I will be identifying all existing circuits and connecting to the newly installed load panels in the basement. I will be adding a total of 5 smokes, 4 fan boxes , 5 standard ceiling Lt. boxes all controlled by a 3way, adding 12 receptacles, adding 3way for hallway and stairwell, 2-40A circuits for wall oven and stove top. The majority of my time will be spent in the basement with some work in the attic real early in the morning preferably.
