I am looking for a device to work on air pressure the way steam boilers have condensation return lines work. Condensation goes into a small tank mounted on the floor and when about 5 gallons of hot water fill tank air pressure pushes it back to the boiler.
In my case i have a sump pump about ten feet below the first floor in a class 1 area. It has been replaced a few times already and i trying to find a better way to do the job. We have six to rework. Does anyone know of an application like that where i can get away from electric sump pumps?

I suggest a pneumatically powered double diaphragm pump.
