Any suggestions for a rolling cart?

I bought a rolling cart at harbor freight, but it doesnt break down. I use it just like it is for shelving in the back of the van and have it strapped down with a bungy strap. I have a feeling if you want somthing to break down, you will probably have to alter something or design your own.
 
The "bag lady" grocery carts take up almost no room when collapsed:

I did buy a nice dolly at Sams Club that can be uses as an appliance dolly, it has folding legs that let you rest it back at an angle to push heavy loads, and it also folds into a four wheeled cart, but im not sure how compact you need it to be, its not particularly small...
