Anybody Know Where To Find One of These

I do not need this transfer switch itself, but I would like to know where I can find just the lock out mechanism for our own installs. We have a lock out peice that works on breakers vertically stacked (I can not think of the brand), but I would like to have them in stock for horizontal mounted.

this looks like a manufactured assembly that is UL listed. I have seen a Siemens transfer switch that has a similar configuration on the breakers but you will need to install the load meters separately.
