What size apartment breakers have you been seeing for 1BR units, all electric, with and without washer dryer? I have see 90, 100, 110, and 125A.
I ask because I am doing the design on a Section 8 building and they want to cut costs as much as possible. Have no problem keeping costs down, just want to be sure we don't cut the "quick". Big difference in needing 100A vs 110A. I've seen calculations that go either way.
