Apartment clculation

I have an exisiting apartment that has been gutted and redone, the existing service was a 30amp nob and tube setup, which share the with anthoer apartment. the city Inspector want a load calculation. Because I can only run 1 more service cable after that there would be more than six services off the one service loop, I have to set a public meter for 6 lights. so he is telling me that aslong as the apartment are not more then 80% then he will allow me to set the 3rd 100amp panel. But its been awhile since I have done this clculation.

I think its squre FT x 3watts then add yor appliance theres all gas cooking and heating and hotwater, and there is no laundry involed. if you would put an amp meter on it would draw about 30amps and that with eveything on any help would be great

The calculations are really pretty simple. Article 220 is the place you should refer to, and to make it easy Annex D has line by line examples.
