I found this on You Tube, Very sad. Some of us here have had the experience of doing this kind of work, and some of us here unfortunately have lost a friend or know someone to get hurt by ARC Blast's.

I am willing to bet there is no breaker to rack.

I bet there is "Push To Close" button.
