arc fault breakers and lighting

Will arc fault circuit breakers (square d) work with most lighting including low voltage (transformer). We combined the recepticles and lighting and are haveing a lot of breaker tripping for no apparant reason. We do have some low voltage lighting (Juno) in the bathroom.
