Now if you don't have permanent provision for cooking then I would say non of the dwelling provisions apply.
2008 regardless of it being a dwelling or not, GFCI will need to be installed on any recep. within 6' of a sink.

Are you asking if all the recep. in the room must have arc fault? Then no just the sleeping area-- lights as well. The trouble is defining what is the sleeping area.

Scotty, in the other thread I believe you said there were no permanent provisions for cooking in the room. If that is so then you do not need arc faults.

210.52 deals with location of outlets not protectection .sleeping area protection is addressed in210.12.
