What year did the code adopt that it is required that new construction for warehouse facilities have the requirements of Arc Flash / Coordination Study / Short Circuit Study be documented?

The 2023 NEC requires short circuit current available be documented on placed on several equipment types, such as non-dwelling panelboards, MCCs etc. As mentioned, the requirement to show it at the service has been in the code for a few cycles in 110.24.
The 2023 code Section 110.16(B), has some generic words like "The arc flash label shall be in accordance with applicable industry practice and include the date the label was applied." which can be interpreted to mean NFPA 70E type arc flash labels.

AFAIK, that has never been an NEC requirement. There are some NEC requirements for arc flash related labeling at each service.
For industrial but surprisingly not required for residential service

I used to calculate the available fault current at transformers if i had its name plate data. Then i used a label maker for the indussttial subpannel
