does a triangle with a lighting bolt trough it and the following message danger hazardous voltage will cause death or serious injury keep out onlyqualfied personal only disconnect and lock out all power before working on this equiptmen it does not state any thing about arc flash is this aceptable

Your post is one long sentence and is hard to follow.
That symbol and wording is for electric shock. Arc Flash requirements are in 110.16, B is for service equipment. Typically a label purchased at wholesale house for about $1.50 is all you need
