Wanting to use this cable to wire mini-split unit, are there special connectors for this type cable, if so where can I find them?

So far on all of the split systems I have installed, the electrical cable connection to the outdoor condenser is under a sleeve of a type. So I had used regular MC connector because I know it is not exposed to the elements and water entrance is not an issue. Of course the PVC came off under the connector so it becomes bonded.

Interesting. Those fittings say tapered threads, but use a standard lock nut. How does the lock nut seat all the way down?
