Art 110 Working Space, LV/MV

If I have a 15 kV unfused disconnect on one side of a space and an electrical enclosure containing 480V on the opposite side, what is the minimum working space required between?

This sounds simple, at least to a simpleton like myself. :D The MV item needs space, and the LV item needs less space. So when you give the MV item its space, the LV item will have more than it needs. Please note that you are in Condition 3, so I would go with 6 feet.
 
OK but just to be sure I am clear on the opinion. The response was this is Condition 3 and so 6 ft but Condition 3 for 15 kV is 9 ft. Perhaps this was simply a typo? Then fine.
OR, and here is the real crux of my question, The 9 ft applies if there is 15 kV on both sides, just as 4 ft applies if there were 480v on both sides. So is there a different result given different voltage on either side?
Or does the different voltage "class" result in a redefinition as Condition 2?
