I think you are asking whether 680.22 (A)(4) applies to an indoor pool, as opposed to an outdoor pool that is close to the home. Good question, and one without a clear answer. The 2005 version did not change this article, so it does not help clear up the question.
You may have to present this one to the AHJ for a ruling. My answer is that 680.22 (A)(4) does apply. But that is based on a strict interpretation of the wording, and on my understanding of the English language. If you are inside a house, then you are within 10 feet of the house. In other words, if you were to place a string on the ground, routing it around the house at a constant distance of 10 feet from the wall, and if your pool is within the area bounded by that string, then 680.22 (A)(4) applies.
So my answer to your question is "no," you would be limited to a single receptacle outlet.
