In title article it states [paraphrased] fire pump supply conductors...shall be kept entirely independent of all other wiring. I have the supply conductors running in dedicated conduit except at a point where the conductors transverse a manhole, which contains other cables. If I wrap the conductors with fire wrap as described in the handbook (ul 1724). Could i claim that the supply conductors are independent?

I'm no expert, but I'd say that, as long as this circuit's conduit passes through the manhole unbroken, you're still in compliance.

Anyone else?

IMO the answer is no. I don't think that fire wrap will satisfy the requirements of 695.6(B). Specifically the bold details below:

695.6(B) Circuit Conductors. Fire pump supply conductors on the load side of the final disconnecting means and overcurrent device(s) permitted by 695.4(B) shall be kept entirely independent of all other wiring. They shall supply only loads that are directly associated with the fire pump system, and they shall be protected to resist potential damage by fire, structural failure, or operational accident. They shall be permitted to be routed through a building(s) using one of the following methods:
