Even if there is a code method that permits this, I have seen issues with DCS and PLC I/O and induced current and or voltages make the operation of inputs erratic. I would not install the I/O cables or conductors in the same raceway with the 480 volt power circuit.

I have worked with lots of clients like Exxon, Chevron , DOW, Valero etc and I’ve never seen an engineering specification that would permit 480VAC power combined with 24VDC signaling circuits in the same conduit.
