Article 110 Entrance / Egress door swing requirements under

Does a door swing out of a Electrical room start at 800A and under 800A it can swing in? I have two panels with main AMPS of 500A each, so does the 1000A combined between the two fall under the 800A starting point with doors swinging out or is it because they are separate panels it can swing in?

If the equipment is not rated 800 A or more the doors do not have to swing out. 110.26(C)(3)
