Article 210.7 D ?

When I went looking for the requirements for replacing receptacles on an ungrounded circuit, I looked in the index and went to this section to find it did not exist. I went to my 1999 Edition and found the provision for replacement were located there previously. Does anyone know where this section is now located or has it been completed removed from the code and if so, how do you address replacement receptacles?
