I cant get this straight.. I have a (residential) 2P ATS after the main disconnect. Bonded at the main breaker and separate at the switch. Do i need to bond neutral to case at the generator or keep seperate..?

Sounds like you need your generator neutral left floating if your transfer switch doesn’t break the neutral.

Than you will be relying on the bond still in your service disconnect.

Sorry it’s still early, but yes your generator neutral should be left floating since you only have a 2pole TS.

Just be sure and remove the main bonding jumper out of your transfer switch if it came with one already installed.
