Attic sub panel

Farmer put up a big steel building up. It's totally inclosed inside and out. Very nice building. Has a show room inside for his cars and a game room also. Anyway he has a force air gas furnance in his attic and has ran about 10 more circuits from his show room up in the attic. He what's me to install a sub panel in the attic so he can tie all his circuits at that point. Can I install a sub panel in his attic?

Sure, just consider your working space, equipment space, accessibility, and ambient temperature conditions.

Remember there has to be a permanant ladder to access it in order to qualify as readily accessible.
