auto recloclose elcb/rcd/circuit breaker

hi guys...i want to ask about auto reclose ELCB/RCD
i'll use PIC 18f4550 to control heavy duty power relay to carry 240VAC/30 A.
anyone can tell me or who have the link for this project. or can somebody can give idea what should i do to design circuit. this relay will work as switch to change the mechanical switch at ELCB.PIC will control counter to send signal to relay...pliz help me guys..

I'm far from convinced a recloser on a RCD is a safe idea. I've never seen a RCD in the 30A range that has the capability to be closed electrically at all; they are all mechanical close.

If you are certain you want to do this then I would use a pair of RCDs feeding a pair of mechanically interlocked contactors; that would give you once chance to restablish power after failure.

Using a PIC you'll need to use a driver transistor to a low voltage relay and use that to switch the supply to the contactors.
