Here are standalone GFCIs good for up to 60 amps, problem is they don't have a neutral. So if your loads are L-L only you're good. I know the mfgr can do custom stuff maybe they have a version with a neutral that's not on their website.

We have no 3p GFCIs. Just 20/1's and a collection of 2p GFCIs.
A couple RTUs are 3ph. Water heater if elec is 3ph. We have approved GE, Siemens, SqD, Eaton/CH.
There hasn't really been any others out there for past 20-30 years when it comes to new stuff. Some of the older product lines were absorbed by some of these companies and sort of still exist. Like Westinghouse BR line is Eaton's BR line now.

I'd go for whatever is available.... we primarily use SqD because they're the only manufacturer of 3-pole miniature GFCI circuit breakers.

As for dead-fronts... I've only found them in 20/1 configuration.

Our largest customers are completing their material buyouts well ahead of the scheduled project start now to avoid delays.
This recent shortages issue is one thing, but NEC dropped the ball when they added requirements for certain three pole circuits to need GFCI protection when there wasn't much for product availability out there to begin with. I also remember looking at a draft report one time, though I can't seem to find it, that essentially said that for two and three pole GFCI devices something to the effect of "because we can do it now" and yet no real world incidents were mentioned to support the need to do it.
