I think he just wants to not see certain avatars, especially animated types, must bug him to have something going on in another part of the screen when trying to read something. Then he mentioned ignore lists - didn't say who he wants to ignore. If ignore list means don't display any posts by those on the list it can really make reading through a thread confusing I would think if those being ignored are fairly active in the thread.Lemme see, if I post like I am now, then I am going on the OP’s ignore list since I have an avatar. With Chrome I use the "Animation Policy" extension to disable animation on all GIFs. That way I still get to see a static version of the avatars.I stopped using Windows since the turn of the century
