Stickboy you go ahead and start that thread and maybe I'll tell you about how I got in trouble with the utility company for pulling a meter this fall , as a note there was a post here on this subject and remember saying that it was no big deal to pull meters and that we do it all the time...........well that changed real quick and don't do that anymore.
