Balancing Loads

Hello,

Are there any rules of thumb when it comes to balancing single phase loads on a three phase system? Obviously we try to get it as close as possible, but what's a generally acceptable unbalance? Please note that at my company it's standard practice to use a full-size neutral.

IMHO you answered your own question, as for rules of thumb, I may have forgotten that a long time ago.
 
I guess my question really was, at what point do you say "I'm not taking the time to recircuit this, it's close enough!" ... any opinions??
 
In your case, as described, your reaching for, within 10%, up to 20% is exceptable.
