On the new 400AMP 2 meter can for our rectory I had provided a #4 uffer.
Now I want to grab the cold water pipe with a #1/0.
The rod can pick up the uffer on the way to the buss.
I want to drop the #1/0 to the water pipe in a 3/4" IMC pipe.
I would like to slip the #4 in the pipe as well to keep it tidy.

I know bare wire is sold in AC cable assembly.

My question is:
Can I run the bare #4 in the IMC without worrying about dissimilar metals?

why not throw away the stub of imc and run them both in pvc?
