basic demand load meter recommendation

Hi guys,
Can you recommend a basic and not expensive demand load meter for commercial use with remote transformers (400Amp and up), the meter will not be used for billing. The meter will be used to monitor the maximum use and determine how much load can be added in a future on the feeder.

Have you checked with the poco?
The couple of times I’ve needed load information for my shop the power company shared that info in one phone call. Peak use, avg use, etc. they had data going back 18 months.

Utility company can't provide a valuable information in my case since there is only one utility meter in cellar and utility company is not involved in tenant's metering.
