If it only safety your after,call poco in morning and have that drop removed.We can only do so much with older homes.At some point its cheaper to buy new.

Sometimes sleeping dogs wake up and bite you on the you know what when you least expect it

Owners concern is: If we move the switch, where is he going to find pieces of the original tile to cover the area where the switch once was.

Under the sink, behind the toilet, behind the mirror.

You know you could say that about every existing electrical violation on every job you go to. My point is it's existing and if controlnovice isn't being paid to work on that particular switch or light then he has nothing to worry about.

I have notified owners of violations and problems orally and in writing before just to cover myself and probably should do it more often.



I don't believe anyone has a right to tell the HO that the switch must be moved. Just let them know potential problems. If I'm wrong on this someone please correct me.
