Battery back up LED's

OK, with EXIT lights, which are on all the time, they are LED's that run on (transformed) 120VAC and drop back to battery when the power goes out. No separate 120VAC light bulb. See here for an example. See here for an emergency light unit, also no incandescent bulbs.
 
I'm referring to something that would take the place of an crouse hinds battery back up fixture that would be used outdoors in a industrial plant.
