battery pack

Ok,

So I would like a battery pack to deliver 200 to 240 volts and last about 15 mins.

Is there anyway, with any highout put batteries to do this and keep the weight down to under 40 pounds?

I apologize if its a dumb question in advance. I have googled my ass off and cant come up with a solution.

Any and all help is appreciated.
