Need clarity if Battery room is under what Class of Hazardous Location?
Is charging battery in the forklift must be located on Battery room?

I note you are from the Philippines; these answers assume the installation conforms to the US NEC.

An installation conforming to Article 480 has no electrical area classification.

A forklift is not required to be charged in a battery room.
