I am upgrading my serice to 200 amps and the city I live in requires it to be moved underground. The utility pole is diagonally across the street from where I'm putting the new meter. 3" schedulle 40 PVC is required. Because there are some bushes in my yard and because of the diagonal I will have to add some turns to the PVC vs heating or 45 turns. Is there guidance for how to route your turns and how many would make pulling the wire harder or impossible?

Also, is a heat gun good enough for bending 3" PVC? I know it takes longer than a heat box for smaller sizes but it's possible. Not sure about 3"

Thanks for any help!

You don’t state what’s type of engineer you are, but this post appears to be a DIY post which we do not allow per forum rules. We would recommend you hire a electrical contractor to help you with this project it will save you money and avoid many violations with your local electrical inspector.
