Never thought 15-amp receptacles could handle 900 volts at the factory, although I wouldn't try that in the field. Factory dielectric tests with all Mobile-Home switches in off position seems similar to appliance manufacturer high-pot testing with Integrated-Circuit boards removed, which I also don't attempt in the field.
