Best Method for Pulling 4 x 2/0 + Ground 100 ft.

Looking for Best Method for pulling 4x 2/0 + ground 100 ft. It will have 2 turns, On at the disconnect and one at panel. Pull boxes, winch needed or not etc.

You could probably push it by yourself. You might need someone's help (for a minute or two) to get through the last 90.

2-90° bends and 100'. You should be able to pull that by hand. Might take 3 workers, two pulling and one feeding.

Stick your fish tape in and have your wife feed the wire over her shoulder, have her use plenty of lube, needed or not just for the fun of it.

question is vague. copper or aluminum? pipe size? those are critical details.

Also type of raceway, type of conductor insulation, and even temperature.

I have noticed that XLPE insulated conductors pull easier in cold weather then they do in warm weather - especially in PVC conduit.
