Need to make some hoodies, shirts, hats for my business. I’m overwhelmed with the amount of options. The Carhartt stuff is cool but so spendy, not sure where most of you go for this but any feedback is much appreciated.

Some of those manufacturers on Alibaba have short orders. You could even probably get some "Cardartts"

Before retiring my company purchased the annual PPE for seven electricians including 5 pairs of pants & long sleeve work shirts. I had them order fat boy me a XXL long PPE zippered hoodie. Had our name & fancy company emblem & company name embossed on them with Kevlar thread. Suppose they got a discount for large order. Anyway this great PPE think around 10 CAL hoodie and five different labels ( one a UL ) .My boss was upset because it cost $130 eight years ago. They shopped around every year to get the best price but still overwhelmed me so how expensive they were. One-year they purchased PPE 9 CAL pants with cargo.pockets that had a very strong chemical odor that took at least eight trips thru the washer and hanging outdoors over four months to finally eliminate the odor.

Doesn't washing the article increase it's flammability?
The uniform company that supplied our FR clothing told me that. They said there is something they use when they wash to increase the FR, and if I washed them at home I'd wash it out

This is a company in my town that I really like, I know they do business all up and down the west coast, so might be good for you?

Those FR uniforms I was getting had a kind of heavily starchy (best way I can describe it) feel to them that the regular uniforms didn't when they came back from the laundry. But I did on occasion wash some at home, and after 2 or 3 washings they felt soft like the non FR rated ones. I've still got some around, I should put my readers on and look at the tag and see what exactly they are

I’ve used Jiffy before; both plain shirts and their DTF. They have a plethora of items. Not sure if they have FR but there is a work clothes section.
