I have been wiring some kitchen showroom space this week with #12 MC. I mis good ole' #14 romex.

Seagull ambiance is a nice light to use in like a display case. But IMO the best light to use for an U/C is kitchler. They make some great stuff never have I had a problem with them but thats just my opinion

I use these, and have had very good results. Plus they're Juno, so my supplier stocks them. A little pricey, but comparable to Kitchler. I do like the seagull product, and still install it often, but the Juno is cheaper and way less labor intensive.

I have had more than one complaint of foods cooking in the cabinet above. One showed me a bulging can. I usually recommend fluorescents.
