Nope not required. Only Electric, A/C, and Plumbers need licenced. After a hail storm here we see a lot of aluminum ladders strapped to the top of cars and the guy calls himself a "Roofing Contractor". Every handyman is a GC.4x4 said:Do they have a GC license or is that required?
I don't know, we did not meet yesterday. He will be back in a few days and I will quiz him about the budget and OT.Is the budget price coming from the architect or is it just what the church thinks it will run?
Thanks for the suggestions. One of the 3 middle size jobs that I spoke of was at a fire damaged church (300 seats). The Steeple was hit by lightning and toasted the sanctuary and the classrooms in the basement. I have worked at several churches and I know how they can be.
