How many ohms are mice and shrews rated? Pictures of dead critters show up here once in a while of "live contacts". Don't make a freeway to the panel for them.

Once saw a raven take 25KV (wings got cross wise between to phase conductors open air), wow!!! Nothing but feathers blew out the back, and we were without power!

I've seen ravens try to lure red-tailed hawks between the phases... I'm really sure they were doing so purposefully trying to kill it.

IMO any box connected to a raceway should have a cover. I would consider that a completed installation if the raceway is connected to electrical system. Of course with that said, around here it's common to run extra conduit out of a panel and stop it somewhere along the line without terminating to a box or enclosure. That is very handy for future and I don't want to see that go away. If you were required to properly mount a box at the end it might discourage some from doing that.

If you stub up a lot of 3/4 GRS conduit the caps that come on the plastic coke bottle, screw right on and keeps you pipes clean.

Will Pepsi work? I prefer Pepsi.

E57,

Wouldn't surprise me any. Only problem I have with the Ravens is that they can put up to, and more, than a loaf of bread, in a small hole going into a street light.
