Blanks for cover plates

I have a four gang receptacle cover with ONE receptacle in it.I need to blank off the other three spaces with some kind of fake filler plates.I've looked all over the web and can't find anything.Do they make what I'm looking for?

-Whats wrong with just wiring up 3 more receps?

-Filler plates are made for decora type plates, I have also seen regular toggle switch blanks. I havent ever seen a standard receptacle blank. Ill look for you..

go to the supply house and ask for a sectional wall plate; you need three blanks and one duplex. each blank will have a metal bracket that goes into the device screw holes on the box, and then the bracket has holes for the blank to screw into.
 
i dont know if i would use the network wiring stuff for this, probably listing issue, not to mention the trash talking that will ensue when the next electrican comes along.

I looked in my leviton catalog, they have decora blanks and toggle switch blanks, but no receptacle blanks. Seems like it would be cheaper to install 3 more receptacles than anything else but a couple options are:

-use decora receptacle and 3 decora blanks and 4 gang decora cover

-leave your duplex recpetacle, and mount 3 toggle switch blanks, and use a 4 gang 1x duplex + 3x toggle cover

That is the ticket.
 
One other option others have not mentioned -

P&S, Leviton, and Cooper will all make a custom wallplate for just about any combination you can think of. Expect to pay $40.0 to $50.00 and wait about three or four weeks for a custom plastic 4g.

Like others have said, your best option is probably the sectionals. They look a little doo-dooish, but less so than any of your other options aside from the above.
 
If I remember correctly a 1" punch makes a hole the size of a recep. Take a 4 gang blank, punch two holes, drill one and make your own. If not a punch, I'm sure the appropriate sized hole saw is available and cheap.

Agh....I just looked at a recep. I forgot about the flat part...might not look so great

That'd work if he changed the duplex to two single receps.:wink:
