I am wiring a small gas boiler, and I have to connect a low level water cutoff, and a high water level cutoff.
Can I connect also this device in a series loop with the thermostat?
Thank you in advance.

Re: Boiler wiring?

I do not believe this is an NEC issue and would be a design consideration of the manufacturer. I would refer to the specifications of the system or consult the manufacturer for wiring specifics. :)

Re: Boiler wiring?

Most boilers come pre-wired from the factory with the thermostat(T)leads being the only conductors that are readily accessible. I would like to know if connecting the low water cut off in series with the thermostat is a safe practice? Would this also void the manufactures warranty?
