bond for multi family dwelling

I was wondering about grounding electrode for 2 family service with
Common panel. Can I terminate conductor at meter from watering main,disconnect to water main or panel to water main...if have to hit panel do I tap
All the panels...from reading 250... I believe as long as I hit meterbank I should be all set...what do u think...thanks in advance

The grounding electrode conductor connection can be made at any point in compliance with 250.24(A)(1) of the NEC.

If allowed by POCO, connecting to the grounded conductor in the meter base might be your best choice.
